Policies

Shipping	Shipping is FREE!  All purchases are shipped by United States Postal Service by the least expensive method for the order, which will be First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  All orders are packed in a cotton-filled jewelry box and shipped in a padded envelope or shipping box.
Refunds and Exchanges	100% Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal! If you are not completely satisfied with any item, we will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase. The following conditions apply: 1) Returned item must arrive back in the same condition in which it originally shipped out, with item and packaging intact, unaltered and undamaged. 2) Returned item must arrive back within 30 days of delivery, based on original USPS Delivery Confirmation date. In addition, should the jewelry break or come apart through no fault of your own within 3 months after purchase, we will be happy to repair it for you (if possible) at no additional cost. Please just send it back to us with a photocopy of your order confirmation and an explanation of what happened.
Payment Methods	We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.
Wholesale Policy	Wholesale inquires welcome.  Generally, we charge about 70% of the listed price for the purchase of (a) 10 or more of a single item, OR (b) items totaling $400 or more at the listed price.  However, this is not a firm rule and we are open to new ideas.  Please contact us at info@danglingdivas.com.
